System maintenance for e-volve and Walled Garden - 18-21 September 2026
The e-volve and Walled Garden platforms will be unavailable from: 7pm (BST), Friday 18 September 2026 until 8am (BST), Monday 21 September 2026. During this period, users will be unable to access either platform.
Please avoid conducting any offline testing during this period. Unlike previous upgrades, we strongly advise centres not to download tests for offline testing over the maintenance weekend. Tests sat offline during this period may not upload correctly when the SecureClient is launched.
We are enhancing our security and introducing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Please refer to our customer communication regarding the rollout.
Initially, you will see changes to the login screen and in due course will be notified via email when this new functionality will be available to you.

Please ensure your Tutors / Centre Admins are registered on Walled Garden with the same email used on SmartScreen, without this they will be unable to access any subscriptions on SmartScreen.
